Developmental Coaching, Psychotherapy
My name is Christopher Lee Chang, and I offer coaching and psychotherapy services to adults. My work focuses on the development and healing of men. And a select few exceptional women whom I am privileged to serve.
I practice within a circle of Eldership, whom I trust to guide and work with me to support my clients.
My life’s work as a coach, psychotherapist, and visual artist is a practice of devotion. It is a sacred practice I lean into and develop every day,
When I accept a new client, I declare that I have seen a spark of life in you that I am enthusiastic about and believe I can help support. I feel privileged to work with you and devote my life’s energy to helping you find yours.
My practice is run out of an office in The Glebe, Ottawa, Ontario, and I work with clients across Canada and globally online.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business from Athabasca University and a Diploma in Art Therapy from The Vancouver Art Therapy Institute; I am an Integral Master Coach and ORSC Relationship Systems practitioner accredited with the International Coaching Federation and a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. I am completing my credentials as a Somatic Experiencing and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy practitioner.
Our work is designed to have you experience new ways of being alive from the beginning of our encounter. This will help you better ground yourself in your own life of commitment, devotion, and faith in who you are.
If this sounds appealing to you, please reach out, and lets discover what’s next.
OM Namaste. I bow to you.
Why I practice psychotherapy.
One day, I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself. I've spent the better part of a decade learning to let go of what doesn't fit in my life, what isn't authentic, and rebuilding myself from the ground up, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually, so that life can be lived with purpose and a joy to share with others. During this time, I have learned the fundamentals of how to heal trauma and live with autism, a source of tremendous anxiety, depression, and suffering in my life. With perseverance, I’m learning to develop autistic characteristics into creative and empathic abilities that serve a wider world. I'm here to help others who, like me, have had difficulty navigating this increasingly complex world and find a place where we can first land, rest, heal, energize, and become aware of our inner strengths. Even develop a sense of soulful purpose.
